What we hadBurgers
500g 5% fat minced beef
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 large egg
1 slice white bread made into crumbs (crusts and all)
4 rashers smoked bacon minced finely
Squelch it altogether, divide into 6 burgers and bake in oven for 15 mins (180)
Dryer than most burgers because low fat.
